We were notified by a few customers that our phone is again having issues of not ringing or constantly ringing on the callers end but not here. We have notified out phone provider. If you happen to get a voice mail while calling, please email us, customerservice@houseoftrains.com, with the date, time, your phone provider and the number calling from so that it can be looked into by our phone service provider and the incorrect routing fixed.
We do have some Micro-Trains Line couplers and trucks in stock but they have been removed from the website due to those who would buy us out and then resell at more than double the price online. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers who need repair parts and if you would like to order, please contact us and we will let you know if the item you are looking for is available.
